No! We use Google OAuth for authentication, so you sign in with your existing Google account. This is more secure and convenient - no passwords to remember or manage.

Yes! You can upgrade to Professional anytime from your account settings. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle. If you have more items than your new plan allows, you'll need to remove some items first.

You can track any item with an expiration date: passports, driver's licenses, insurance policies, contracts, domain registrations, SSL certificates, software licenses, certifications, and more!

For Professional and Enterprise accounts, simply enter a website URL (like https://example.com) and we'll automatically check the SSL certificate expiration date. We monitor it continuously and send alerts before it expires.

Yes! Click the chat bubble in the bottom right corner and describe your items naturally. For example: "My passport expires on March 15, 2025" or "I need to track my SSL certificate for example.com". The AI will extract the details and help you add them quickly.

We send email notifications at 60, 30, 10, 7, 3, 2, and 1 days before expiration. You'll also receive a notification on the expiration date itself. All notifications are sent to your registered email address.

First, check your spam/junk folder. Add noreply@expiring.at to your contacts. If you're still not receiving emails, contact us at team@expiring.at for assistance.

Professional accounts are billed monthly. Visit our pricing page or check your account settings for current pricing. We occasionally offer discounts for annual subscriptions.

Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, then automatically downgrade to Starter.

We don't offer refunds for partial months of service. However, if you're not satisfied within the first 7 days of your first subscription, contact us at team@expiring.at and we'll work with you.

Yes! We use industry-standard encryption, secure AWS hosting, and follow security best practices. Your data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. We never share your personal information with third parties.

Yes! You can export your tracked items and data at any time. Contact us at team@expiring.at and we'll provide your data in a standard format (JSON/CSV).

When you delete your account, all your data is permanently deleted within 30 days. We cannot recover deleted accounts, so make sure to export any data you need first.
